President of Azerbaijan receives Montenegro`s ex-president and Premier, Chairman of Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan received Montenegro`s ex-president and Premier, Chairman of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro Milo Djkanovic.

Head of the Azerbaijani State said the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Montenegro have reached good level last years. Reminding the last visit of the head of Montenegrin president to Azerbaijan and the visit of Azerbaijani delegation to Montenegro, President Aliyev stressed importance of reciprocal visits in development of these relations. He expressed hope the current visit of Milo Djkanovic would serve continuation of bilateral relations.

Montenegro`s ex-president and Premier, Chairman of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro Milo Djkanovic reminded his visit to Azerbaijan in 2006, when the two presidents addressed the conference participants. Mr. Djkanovic congratulated Azerbaijan`s President for such rapid development in country, the accomplishments the republic achieved in versatile fields.

Prospects of bilateral relations were in focus.
